Due to the handcrafted and exclusive nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All purchases are final.

Exchange Policy (For Damaged Items Only)

We understand that shipping mishaps may occur despite our best efforts. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Conditions for Exchange Eligibility:

1. Unboxing Video (Mandatory): A clear and unedited unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened. This serves as evidence in case of damage claims.

2. Photos of Delivered Package: Include pictures of the outer packaging, inner contents, and the damaged product.

3. Timeframe: All exchange requests must be raised within 6 hours of delivery.

4. How to Raise a Claim: Please email the unboxing video, photos, and order details to [your customer support email] within the 6-hour window.

Important Notes:

• Exchanges are only applicable for damaged items during shipment.

• Requests received after the 6-hour window or without the required proof (video + photos) will not be eligible.
